Odette is a communications leader and trusted advisor on public and corporate affairs matters, including reputation, stakeholder management and engagement. Her experience spans financial technology (fintech), SaaS, investment and corporate banking, retail banking, consumer finance and wealth management. 

She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she went to school and started her career – after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Information, and European History from the UPR. Odette spent 12 years working with Santander in Puerto Rico, Boston and London, where she held senior roles in corporate communications, marketing and customer experience. She joined communications and markets technology firm Symphony in 2020, where she spearheads their corporate affairs work globally, driving strategic engagement with key stakeholders, building trust and managing the firm’s reputation across markets. She currently resides in the United Kingdom with her family. 

Odette has been a Forbes Communications Council member since August 2023.
